Why Did You Choose to Work with i3 Commerce Technology?

“We opened up three restaurants on the same day in August 2013 with the focus on bringing the local community together. Part of that initiative was to work with local Santa Barbara companies and i3 Commerce Technology was the perfect fit to take care of our credit card processing needs.

Acme strives for making business work seamlessly for our customers. We like to build our own apps, but they need to be connected to our POS system so customers can order directly from their phones. i3 Commerce Technology has been a great partner in helping us accomplish this goal and so many others. They are consistent and trustworthy, and I don’t have to worry about our payment processing at all.”

“Our i3 Commerce Technology Representative, Carolene, has been a great resource since the beginning. She goes above and beyond to meet our needs. That isn’t what I expected from a payment processing company.

Working with i3 Commerce Technology allows me to be hands off when it comes to our processing, especially with PCI-compliance. She takes care of all things PCI for us and goes straight to our IT department if she needs any help. Carolene also stops into our restaurants not only as our payments representative, but as a patron as well. The way she goes about things is very authentic and not robotic – she genuinely cares about our business. I love working with Carolene and can’t say enough about her.”
