My company needed a product that would be simple for my staff to use and a payment processor that provided great customer service. i3 Commerce Technology delivered just that.

I like that we can email customers a receipt directly from the system which saves us time. Upon set-up, Teddy held our hand though importing all our files, worked with programming to add a customized field to our system, and walked us through setting up our pin pad.”

In fact, today I managed to lock myself out of the manager’s portal, so I sent a quick email to Teddy, and he personally had my password reset so that I did not need to make another call. He is such a pleasure to work with. I also appreciate i3 Commerce Technology’s customer service – someone is always available to answer our questions which is something our last provider lacked.”
